PRIVACY & TERMS

This page explains what information we collect when you use voidworkz.com, what we do with it, and who we share it with. We've tried to keep it in plain English.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and delivery address. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. If you submit a custom work enquiry, we collect your name, email address, and the details you provide about your project.

How we use it

We use this information to fulfil your order, send you order and shipping confirmation emails, and respond to enquiries. We don't use your data for marketing unless you've separately asked to hear from us.

Who we share it with

We share order and payment details with Stripe to process payments, and your email address with Resend, our transactional email provider, to send order confirmations. Neither is used by these providers for their own marketing — they only process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (currently up to 6 years under UK law). Custom enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request, unless it leads to an order.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to ask us to stop using it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at shop@voidworkz.com and we'll sort it out.

These terms apply to any order placed through voidworkz.com. By placing an order, you're agreeing to them.

Made to order

Most of our parts are printed specifically for your order. Under UK distance selling regulations, made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off cancellation right, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

Returns

Stocked items can be returned within 14 days in their original, unused condition for a refund. Made-to-order items can't be returned simply because you've changed your mind, but if your part arrives faulty or doesn't match what was ordered, contact us at shop@voidworkz.com and we'll put it right — by repair, replacement, or refund.

Fitment

Compatibility information is provided on each product page in good faith and kept as accurate as possible. It's your responsibility to check that a part is compatible with your specific make, model, and trim before ordering, particularly for made-to-order parts. We're not able to accept returns on made-to-order parts that don't fit due to incorrect compatibility information provided by the customer.

Limitation of liability

We aim for every part to be accurate and well finished, but 3D printed parts are produced to the tolerances described on our About page and may require minor fitting work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including costs related to fitting, removal, or refitting of parts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
